Our Mission We are committed to helping students of all ages learn how to learn, improve academic performance, build self confidence and create successful life-long learners. Each student is served with respect, understanding, and confidentiality. Welcome Unlike other educational facilities, MALC works individually with students, a service which involves a combination of mentoring, direct instruction, and educational therapy. We work to build confidence and self-esteem to compliment the studies of each student. In addition, we offer specialized programs to students with learning differences that many other centers are unable to provide. We challenge each client and motivate them to reach their potential. Students learn strategies to become efficient and effective learners, and strong self-advocates. Summer Sessions 2010 Did your child struggle in school this year? Give your child a break from the struggle but not from the learning, this summer! Boost their academic knowledge, add skills to their educational tool chest and build their self-confidence. Your child will return to school in September with a positive outlook on school and a renewed sense of learning purpose. MALC has been providing educational support to students who have learning differences for 12 years. Our curriculum is targeted to help children learn how they learn best by using multisensory instruction tailored to the needs of the individual student. Sessions are one-on-one. We have expertise in working with children who have dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, executive functioning, written expression, math, non-verbal learning disorder and other learning differences.
